Sanju samson conformed for Asia Cup and World Cup.

Indian cricketers KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer will miss the Asia Cup 2023. 

As per TOI , Shreyas Iyer is unlikely to recover on time for Asia Cup 2023

This creates a vacant spot in the number four and number five positions in the ODI side. Surya Kumar Yadav and Sanju Samson have a golden opportunity to fill these positions if they perform well in the West Indies tour. 

Surya kumar yet to perform well in ODI like T20's. As Wicket keeper,  sanju samson will play all the matches absence of R.Pant , KL Rahul.

Ishan Kishan is another potential candidate, but the team management might not give him a chance. Surya Kumar Yadav and Sanju Samson's performances will be closely watched as they aim to make an impact in the Asia Cup.
