This Bowlers had never having a wicketless match.


There have been several bowlers in the history of cricket who have achieved the feat of never having a wicketless match in either One Day Internationals (ODIs) or Test matches. Here are a few names :

 

1.Curtly Ambrose (West Indies): 

Ambrose played 98 Tests and 176 ODIs from 1988 to 2000 and never had a wicketless match in either format.

 

2.Glenn McGrath (Australia):

 McGrath, one of the most successful fast bowlers, played 124 Tests and 250 ODIs from 1993 to 2007 without ever going wicketless in a match.

 

3.Richard Hadlee (New Zealand): 

Hadlee played 86 Tests and 115 ODIs from 1973 to 1990 and maintained a consistent wicket-taking record, never going wicketless in a match.

 

4.Wasim Akram (Pakistan): 

Akram, regarded as one of the greatest left-arm fast bowlers, played 104 Tests and 356 ODIs from 1984 to 2003 without ever ending a match without a wicket.

 
5.Muttiah Muralitharan (Sri Lanka):

 Muralitharan, the leading wicket-taker in both Tests and ODIs, played 133 Tests and 350 ODIs from 1992 to 2011, never having a wicketless match in either format
